Changes to Dashboard Management

payroll

Coming in the next release…

We’ve moved all your dashboards into one place to make them easier to use and more accessible.

Now, instead of having a separate expenses dashboard, an invoices dashboard, a pay dashboard, etc. we’ve made all of the charts and widgets available under the Home page.

Dashboard_desktop

We’ve chosen a default set of widgets that cover the broad range of data available, but we’ve given you full control over the widgets that are shown and their positions in the dashboard.

This is really easy to do – just use the Manage Widgets option at the bottom of the page to choose items that are displayed and the arrow control in the top right to drag an individual item to where you want is displayed.

Dashboard3_desktop

Bear in mind that while the ‘Company Performance’ and ‘Personal Earnings’ widgets provide access to the full set of company and personal charts via sub-menus, the individual charts can be added directly too should you wish.

And if that’s not enough, we’ve added a shiny new widget for you to play with!

This shows you the recommended salary, dividend and personal reimbursement amounts from the latest pay breakdown, and allows the breakdown to be marked as paid. Select the ‘More Info’ option to open the detailed breakdown.
We really hope you enjoy the new options and flexibility that this brings to the system: get in touch using the ‘Feedback’ button in the app to let us know what you think!
