Experience guarantee terms & conditions
The client enters into a standard monthly accountancy services agreement.
The client can leave at any time during the 60-day experience guarantee period with no obligation by giving written notice by email.
A direct debit form must be set up on sign up but the first direct debit payment will not be taken until the 60-day experience guarantee period has expired. Boox fees are payable monthly in arrears.
Beyond the 60-day experience guarantee period, the contract is a rolling contract and to cancel the client must give 3 months notice as per the standard Term and Conditions.
If the client is switching to Boox from another provider, switching fees may be payable during the 60-day experience guarantee period.
For Limited Companies, if the client cancels their contract for accountancy services Boox will cease its services, including any registered office services. As the owner and company director the client is responsible for all operations of their Limited Company and must ensure that any registered office is transferred to another address (Boox can be instructed to do this when giving written notice).
For Sole Traders, if the client cancels their contract for accountancy services Boox will cease its services. As the owner of the business, the client is responsible for all operations of their business and must ensure that all required personal tax returns are submitted.
The 60-day guarantee is not applicable to public sector lite, payroll bureau, SME and adhoc services.

Once we understand the requirements of your business and the level of accounting support you need, we can offer a range of fixed fee accounting services. You can contact us at any time for a FREE no obligation consultation to find the best accounting package for you.
All you need to do, is instruct us that you want to trade through a limited company and we can commence the process. After a few checks we’ll incorporate your business with Companies House and register it with HMRC. We’ll even help you set up a business bank account if you need one so you can begin trading. If you want to trade as a sole trader, that’s fine, just get in touch.
