We’ve re-launched – welcome to the new Boox website

Hopefully, with the amount of content we’ve been producing and sending to you in the last 12 months, you’ll know about our drive to make running your business easier. As a result, we’ve decided to revamp and launch a new Boox website to make it easier to find the advice you need, whether it’s to do with your expenses, or find out the latest news impacting the freelance workforce.

What we’ve done

Aside from making the website a lot quicker to load, and making changes to how we present our core services for people thinking about joining our service, all of our content is now housed in two main areas – our Blog, and the new Help & Advice section.

  • Boox Blog – this is the home for all the latest news about freelancing and our internal developments. Here’s there’s also advice based content which helps people decide whether freelancing is right for them.
  • Help & Advice – This new content hub is our portal which is full of useful information to help you run your business. Whether it’s information on IR35, claiming business expenses, or just some advice on what you need to do once you’re up and running – you’ll find everything in the knowledge base.

Free Business Guides

Some of you may have already downloaded some of our free business guides but we’ve now extended the amount of them to cover a wider number of topics. They are housed in their own dedicated section on the new website right here.

Pricing

With offering a wider amount of services to potential clients, we’ve taken the option to review our pricing structure for any new clients who are looking to join Boox, which means our Boox Lite, Pro and Plus services will no longer be offered moving forward.

A little bit of fun

When you get 5 minutes to have a look round the site, you’ll see we’ve put a good amount of focus on the people we help (i.e. you), and our team who are here to support you in running your business. We’ve also had a bit of fun creating a new video (which is on the new homepage) which goes more into our ethos of how we like to try and help.

Our new video

We’re not just stopping there.

Over the course of the next few months, we’ll be adding new functionality and services to the website to benefit both our clients and visitors alike. This includes take home and dividend tax calculators (so you can see the impact of next year’s dividend tax changes), accounting video tips and more in-depth written content to help make it easier for you to operate your business.

If you’ve got any views on a particular type of content or advice added to the website, or have any feedback on the new website, then please just feedback in the comments below.
